“Best” Plan B - 353/50/226
RE/MAX monthly fees $226.00 Monthly fee $353.00 Total $579.00 The “Best” Plan B is $353 a month, $50 per closed transaction, (plus BSF if applicable), and RE/MAX monthly fees (plus FMLS closing fee). For lease and referrals the transaction fee is $100. This one is best for teams because the team leader can be on the “Best” Plan B and pay $50.00 per transaction for the team’s closed transactions while the rest of the team members can be on the “Best” Plan A and pay only $53.00 a month office fees plus the transaction fee. It is something to think about as you build your team. You choose the one that is best for you right now and change plans as you build. |
“Best” Plan C (New Agents Only) - All agents that have closed less than 3 transactions will start on “Best” Plan C for their first 3 closings with RE/MAX Around Atlanta. Agent will be paid on a 70/30 split (the agent receiving 70%, the Broker receiving 30%) based on a 3% commission. If the Agent lowers the commission to less than 3%, the Broker’s commission shall remain 30% of a 3% commission. Likewise, if the Agent sells or buys his own personal home, the Broker’s commission shall remain 30% of a 3% commission. FMLS fees of .0012% of the sales price shall be deducted from Agent’s commission. All new agents must attend a new agent orientation class. |
